BOOKING GUIDE

HOW TO BOOK

The first step in booking your session is to get in touch! We’ll discuss your goals for the session, who will be included, how many locations you’d like and if you’d like it to be at the studio or on location. This will help us decide on which session would be best for you.

THE DETAILS

Once we have a date and time, you’ll be sent a booking form that will include a questionnaire, a contract, and the invoice for the session. I will use your answers from the questionnaire to give you a few options for location.

AFTER THE SESSION

After your session we will schedule a viewing appointment together at my studio. You’ll have the opportunity to view your proofs with me on a large high resolution screen and view samples of all the products I offer. I can help you with your decisions and I can even show you what your products will look like with my design program. My clients love these meetings as they can usually make all their decisions at the end and receive their orders sooner.

If you prefer not to do a viewing appointment you’ll be sent the online proofing gallery and can order from there.

Signature Session - $80

This is my most common session. They are 1 hour long and are ideal for almost everything including pets, horses, automotive, families, couples, maternity, lifestyle newborn, and more.

These sessions take place at one location. This may be outdoors, my studio (pets only), your home, or a public or rented space. Rented spaces would have the rental fee added to the session cost. Newborn sessions are done in home.



I recommend this session for immediate families or for up to 4 pets.

Enhanced Session - $150

These are the same as the Signature Session, except they include 1 or 2 locations and 2 hours.



These are perfect for extended families, for more than 4 pets, or for those that want the extra time and extra location. You’ll also have a larger amount of proofs to choose from.

Golden Session - $300

My Golden Sessions are for any senior pet or horse that is nearing the end of their lives, whether this is due to old age or illness. These sessions are 30 minutes and take place in any location that your pet is happiest or most comfortable. I highly recommend having yourself and your family involved in the session.

These sessions include a $300 Keepsake Credit, so there is no session fee for these.



Wood Boxes are available to add on to these sessions for $275 for a 5x7 Box. I've had clients use these to hold prints, store keepsakes such as collars, or hold their pet's ashes.

Everything is available to order separate from the session itself to give you the freedom to order exactly what you want.

I truly believe that your memories are meant to be displayed in your home and kept as keepsakes. For this reason, I offer many kinds of wall displays, albums, and prints. Digitals are still an option to order as well.
